Destiny Church is nestled in the center of the Historic Valley Junction neighborhood of West Des Moines. Over the past several decades, Historic Valley Junction has become a unique regional shopping destination. Home to a variety of charming stores and restaurants, the community also hosts year-round events including farmers markets, concerts, and classic car and antique shows. We are very excited to be a part of this welcoming and historic neighborhood.
Destiny's warm and welcoming Sunday morning worship service is sort of like hanging out with friends in your living room. Dress is casual and a social time is highlighted with hot cups of coffee and delicious baked items. This special social time is important to us in providing members and visitors with an opportunity to share and care for one another as brothers and sisters in Christ.
Destiny Church is working and partnering with citizens and organizations in the local community to help both the physical and spiritual needs of people. And, with a global perspective, we are also enthusiastically engaged throughout the world with people and organizations meeting similar needs in their communities.
We invite you to listen to one of our latest teachings by clicking the "Listen" tab at the top of the page. To find out more about our Vision, Commitments and Beliefs, click on the "About Us" tab.
It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to partner with you in discovering the amazing destiny God has planned for you!
